1Introduction & Acceptance

3Deposit & Payment

44cuci accepts a variety of deposit methods suited for Malaysian users. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

• Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay, and Boost are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals to a bank account via FPX may take 1–3 business days depending on the respective bank's policies.
• Before your first withdrawal is approved, members are required to complete the full KYC verification process.

5Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, cashback, and special offers provided by 44cuci subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion, as well as the following general terms:

• All bonuses are subject to rollover. Different rollover rates apply to different game categories – slots, baccarat, football, e-sports, and others.
• The Welcome Bonus is eligible to be claimed once per new member only. Attempting to claim this bonus more than once using different accounts is a violation of the terms 44cuci.
• Bonus rollovers must be completed within the specified timeframe. Any bonus whose rollover requirement is not met within that period will expire without notice.

7Prohibited Conduct
